After two years, the Jon Bon Jovi‘s 7,400-square-foot Soho home was finally sold. After several price drops, it looks like there’s officially a buyer. What a lucky guy!
The palatial SoHo penthouse, which went into contract Monday was sold by $37.5 million.
Bon Jovi snagged the stunning duplex, at 158 Mercer St., for just $24 million in 2007. He first relisted the house in 2013 with an asking price of $42 million and then slashed the price several times.
Supermodel Heidi Klum eyed the property last year but the identity of the buyer was unclear.

And according to Curbed, the price dropped to $39.9 million that same year, and was later relisted at $37.5 million after leaving the market for a short time. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse comes equipped with plenty of luxurious details, which finally attracted a buyer to the property.
